Calligaris is committed to putting sustainability at the heart of its activities. We have reduced waste by optimizing production processes and resource use. On the roof, a photovoltaic system provides us with clean energy and reduces costs. We have eliminated plastic, replacing it with more sustainable materials; we use only environmentally friendly packaging.

Environmental Sustainability
Calligaris manufactures components intended for systems for the production of energy from renewable sources, makes exchangers that can be used with environmentally friendly refrigerants, and uses recyclable packaging. In 2012 it equipped itself with a new system for producing energy from renewable sources with the installation of a photovoltaic system for a total power of 90 Kw, on the roof of the production site.

Quality Certifications
We operate in accordance with EN ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, ensuring high production standards. Our expertise in brazing and welding strictly follows EN 13133:2002, EN 13134:2002, EN ISO 9606-1:2017 and EN ISO 15614:2019. We perform structural calculations in line with EN 13445 and ASME VIII codes. In compliance with the PED Directive, we supply products up to category IV, working with accredited laboratories to perform specific analyses and ensure maximum conformity.

L’attenzione continua ai prodotti si è concretizzata nel 2001 con il conseguimento della certificazione UNI EN ISO 9002 che ha rappresentato un passo importante nella crescita aziendale. Nel 2003 c’è stato l’adeguamento alla norma ISO 9001:2000 (Vision 2000) per la qualità dei processi interni. Nel 2005 la certificazione è stata estesa anche alla fase di progettazione e di dimensionamento degli scambiatori di calore. Un altro importante passo è stato l’ottenimento, nel 2012, dell’abilitazione degli operatori per la saldatura e brasatura in accordo a quanto viene prescritto dalle norme UNI EN ISO 13585:2012 e UNI EN 13134.
La produzione degli scambiatori di calore avviene in accordo alla direttiva europea PED – Pressure Equipment Directive – in materia di recipienti a pressione che permette la circolazione dei prodotti in tutta Europa. Siamo in grado così di fornire scambiatori di calore prodotti in conformità anche alla IV categoria PED che richiede i maggiori adempimenti qualitativi da parte dei costruttori.
A maggio 2015 Calligaris Srl ha ottenuto l’autorizzazione per la costruzione di apparecchiature in pressione per progettare e costruire apparecchiature in pressione -BPV- conformi ad ASME Boiler Pressure Vessel Code Sect. VIII Div. 1 marcate “U-stamp” e che possono essere registrate presso il National Board. Il sistema di qualità aziendale ha recepito le più stringenti richieste dal codice ASME per quanto riguarda la progettazione, gestione delle specifiche di acquisto e delle procedure costruttive delle apparecchiature a pressione. Calligaris è in grado di saldare e brasare in accordo alle richieste della Sezione IX del Codice ASME. Le saldature effettuate possono essere testate internamente con i controlli non distruttivi quali i liquidi penetranti in accordo a UNI EN ISO 9712:2012 e alle Recommended Practice SNT-TC-1A-2006.
Collaudo
In base alle esigenze della clientela gli scambiatori di calore possono essere collaudati ad una pressione superiore rispetto a quanto richiesto della normativa. Viene inoltre effettuato un controllo dimensionale sui prodotti per garantire la conformità ai disegni costruttivi.
