Exchangers with stainless steel
The use of exchangers with stainless steel circuitry is strongly recommended in various situations. It is recommended in the presence of exchange fluids that could cause internal corrosion, such as demineralised H₂O, special glycols or industrial process fluids.
In addition, it is recommended in areas where periodic sanitisation with aggressive substances is required, for example in the food, hospital and pharmaceutical industries.
Other use cases include cryogenic applications at low temperatures, environments with a high risk of corrosion such as the chemical, petrochemical or marine industries, and plants operating at high pressures and/or temperatures, where simple surface protection on copper circuitry would not be sufficient.
